LISTING ACTIVITY REPORT

At the beginning of your listing, GRG will create the baseline Current Market Analysis (CMA). This report shows all active competing properties. We use this baseline as a guide to show how the market is perceiving your listing. Analyzing the behavior of your home relative to the competition, guides us in making adjustments.

By tracking analytics on your listing web pages and running reports on marketing campaigns we can (1) see the activity on your listing, (2) steer marketing campaigns and (3) make recommendations based on the current activity.
