How many years of experience do you have?
Over 30, but that really doesn't make any difference. The only thing that matters is today's market experience and the last year. What some old lady grandma realtor did 20 years ago has no bearing on today's market.

Of course we do! Open Houses are a critical part of the home selling process. Not only do we hold regular Open Houses, our agent's actually follow up with every buyer and agent that comes through the house as a way to gauge interest.

Wow, that's a loaded question! We have SO many pieces to our marketing puzzle. The short answer is that we focus on hitting buyers from all different directions. This way we don't only create buzz around your property, but we add to our already impressive database.

We use a professional service online that sends phone and text confirmation. We recommend that you never turn down a showing.

Who do you market to?
We don't waste our time targeting the wrong people. Most real estate agents just market your property to your neighbors. That's crazy! We create a buyer profile based on a household's current home price, location and a set of unique household composition demographics. We have the resources to create mailing lists, call lists, social groups, etc. to reach those people.

Are you a neighborhood expert?
There is NO SUCH THING. If someone tells you they are ... they're lying. We are a group of technology based real estate consultants. We know how to manage data, so we can be a neighborhood expert in 10 minutes. The fact is that neighborhoods are constantly changing, so great realtors know how to monitor those changes with technology.
